Our community of energy exchangers, affectionately known as “Trades,” is deeply precious to us. Precious, yes, because it represents so much more than simply exchanging classes for a few hours offered each week to help maintain the studio. 

For us, it’s an authentic way to radiate even more kindness into our space. We greatly appreciate the dedication and commitment that the exchangers bring to their agreements, a dedication that mirrors the dedication we bring to our classes. 

The TRADE program consists of an energy EXCHANGE (3 hours/week) for UNLIMITED practice in the studio and online. It’s about tangibly increasing the level of kindness around the studio, but also, and above all, being at the heart of the COMMUNITY. We ask for a minimum commitment of 3 months.
