RETREAT
Inhabiting the Breath
Led by
October 9–11, 2026
Auberge du Lac caché
The breath is always with us, yet we rarely take the time to fully inhabit it.
This retreat offers a space to slow down, listen, and rediscover the breath as an anchor. Through movement, pranayama, meditation, time in nature, and moments of reflection, we will explore both the art and the science of breathing.
The intention is simple: to become more deeply rooted in your breath, your body, and the present moment. An invitation to settle in, reconnect with a sense of inner spaciousness, and leave with practical tools to cultivate a more conscious relationship with your breath, both on the mat and in everyday life.
THE
practices
- 2morning meditation sessions
- 1 morning yoga practice
- 2 yoga workshops
- A tarot ritual
- 2 evening restorative practices
* Practices are suitable for intermediate-level students.
*Participation in all practices is optional.
