BIOGRAPHY

A graduate of UQAM's Dance program, Geneviève has worked for over 15 years as a professional dancer, choreographer, and teacher. Her career has led her to explore a wide range of movement practices and physical training methods, cultivating a deep understanding of the body and embodied awareness.
She discovered yoga in 2008, and it quickly became an essential part of her life. In yoga, she found a space for renewal that blends fluidity, precision, and presence—qualities that resonate deeply with her experience as a dancer. She completed her 300-hour Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at Studio Mile End and is currently pursuing a 100-hour Mat Pilates certification. She is also completing a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Therapy at Concordia University.
This multidisciplinary background continues to deepen her understanding of biomechanics, injury prevention, and overall health, informing a teaching approach that integrates embodied experience, practical knowledge, and the science of human movement.
