The Art of Receiving: Acupuncture & Guided Relaxation
Thursday, September 17 at 8 PM

Settle into a guided relaxation designed to quiet mental activity and support deep rest while receiving community acupuncture. Together, these practices create the conditions for nervous system regulation, spacious awareness, and the rare experience of doing absolutely nothing.
The acupuncture offered follows the NADA (National Acupuncture Detoxification Association) protocol—a gentle, safe, and accessible approach that supports nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and deep relaxation. Five small needles are placed at specific points on each ear and remain in place for 30 to 45 minutes, allowing the body to settle and activate its natural capacity for self-regulation.
Bring comfortable clothing and a willingness to let yourself be cared for.
Open to everyone, with the exception of people who are pregnant.

Unwind: Double Vision
Friday, September 18 at 6 PM

This restorative practice is built around abundance: layered props, longer holds, and unhurried time.
We'll spend the evening settling into deeply supported shapes designed to release tension and invite ease.
For anyone who has ever thought, "one more blanket would be nice…”
Included with your Festival Passport.
Resonance: Soundbath
Sunday, September 20 at 6 PM

Long-held yin postures and an immersive soundbath come together in a practice that creates space for the nervous system to catch up with the body.
Designed for those feeling overstimulated, overextended, or simply curious about stillness, this extended session invites you to step outside the rhythm of productivity and into a different sense of time.
