PAT LETENDRE

BIOGRAPHy

It was in 2001, while training in classical ballet at the Conservatoire de danse de Montréal, that I discovered yoga. The first two years of this journey through the practice were challenging.

Gradually, my relationship with yoga evolved into a true love affair. It became clear to me that I was meant to teach it. In 2009, I began my Hatha Yoga teacher training at the Satyam School of Hatha Yoga under the guidance of Swami Premananda Saraswati (Hervé Blondon).

Yoga is a passion, a daily practice, and above all, a way of life. It helps me maintain harmony in every aspect of my life. For me, a yoga class is a protected space where each person can turn inward and work toward their own goals and well-being.
