MANON BOUDINE

BIOGRAPHy

Yoga has witnessed me grow. I discovered the practice at the very beginning of my young adult life, and despite carrying many uncertainties, I knew I was exactly where I needed to be.

Since then, I have continued to learn and deepen my understanding of the practice. Through a dedicated practice, I have been able to nurture my curiosity, creativity, confidence, and discipline. Today, I am passionate about bringing my energy and kindness into my classes through thoughtfully crafted sequences, infused with a touch of playfulness.

My mission is to share the tools I have gathered throughout my years of practice and teaching, so that each person can nurture their inner fire and connect with their intuition. I strive to create a safe space where students can explore freely and find their own sense of balance.

Pratyahara: withdrawing the senses. By turning away from the outside world, we can begin to tune into what’s happening within.

Through a slow, mindful sequence, allow yourself to deepen your awareness of subtle sensations and experience your practice in a new way.
