JILL CAMPBELL
BIOGRAPHy

Yoga has not only accompanied me through every transition in my life, but has also continuously sparked curiosity, reflection, and personal growth. The more I explore the practice and study of yoga, the more I feel called to deepen my understanding of this discipline — an incredible balance of vastness and simplicity.
In my daily life, asanas offer me a space where I can step away from the constant movement of my mind. From a broader perspective, yoga has supported me through life’s challenges and joys, enriching each of my experiences while providing a space where love, connection, mutual support, and community can flourish.
How could I not share this experience with others? I have had the privilege of practicing alongside incredible teachers and gurus, and I share their teachings with honour, gratitude, and humility.

In this Master-Class style practice, we'll deepen and refine our relationship with headstand through curated progressions and mindful explorations. The session will be scaleable for those still exploring how to safely go upside down and those wanting to challenge their inverted world.

Restorative – The Art of Undoing
Thursday, September 17 at 7:30 PM

In this session, we’ll soften effort to arrive fully. At the buzz of a festival beginning, this is a space to land, with no need to perform or fix anything.
Through supported rest and simple shapes, we’ll notice where we tend to hold on, and what shifts when we release. The invitation is to discover what becomes available when both our surface and deeper layers soften.
A gentle beginning to the weekend, making space for everything that comes next.
Included with your Festival Passport.
