BIOGRAPHY

A graduate of Collège de Rosemont's Acupuncture program in 2025, Raphaëlle has also been a registered nurse with the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ) since 2013. Her professional background has shaped a practice grounded in clinical excellence, attentive listening, and compassionate care.

She pursued acupuncture to offer a complementary approach focused on prevention, balance, and overall well-being.

Today, her practice centers on women's health, with a focus on menstrual health, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum care, perimenopause, and menopause. She is deeply interested in the complexity of the physiological and energetic processes that support women's health throughout every stage of life.

Passionate about acupuncture, Raphaëlle has completed additional training in fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum care, allowing her to further specialize in supporting women through these transformative experiences.

Her unique professional path enables her to integrate the strengths of both traditional and modern approaches, always with the same intention: to support each person with presence, respect, and compassion through a holistic approach.

The Art of Receiving: Acupuncture & Guided Relaxation

Thursday, September 17 at 8 PM

Settle into a guided relaxation designed to quiet mental activity and support deep rest while receiving community acupuncture. Together, these practices create the conditions for nervous system regulation, spacious awareness, and the rare experience of doing absolutely nothing.

The acupuncture offered follows the NADA (National Acupuncture Detoxification Association) protocol—a gentle, safe, and accessible approach that supports nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and deep relaxation. Five small needles are placed at specific points on each ear and remain in place for 30 to 45 minutes, allowing the body to settle and activate its natural capacity for self-regulation.

Bring comfortable clothing and a willingness to let yourself be cared for.

Open to everyone, with the exception of people who are pregnant.

25$ members / 28$ regular
