Workshop Schedule

Iyengar Yoga and Hip Health

Sunday, September 20 at 4:00 PM

This class offers an exploration of the hips through the Iyengar Yoga method, with an emphasis on listening, precision, alignment, and stability.

Because the hips play a central role in both posture and mobility, we will focus on developing strength, flexibility, and functional space in this area, while refining awareness of clear and precise actions in the postures.

Using props and a progressive approach, the practice allows for safe exploration of areas that may feel sensitive or restricted, always respecting each individual’s capacity.

This is an opportunity to discover a precise yet accessible approach to Iyengar Yoga, while cultivating a more balanced and conscious relationship with the hips.
