ASHTANGA FIRST SERIE

Join Sam Silversides and Monica Arellano for a special Primary Series class at STUDIO MILE END which will aim to give you extra alignment details and concepts to help you in the cultivation of your Ashtanga practice. Monica, a seasoned practitioner and teacher of Ashtanga, will enhance the experience with her wise instruction and skillful assisting.

We recommend you purchase the Festival Passport for 55$! This will allow you to participate in all the events and classes.  You will also benefit from the MEMBER’s rate for festival workshops. 

 

Another option:  purchase a class pack of 5/10/40 classes! You will be able to use these passes for all festival classes and events (remember that workshops are a seperate rate).

Apart from the following practices: CORE, Master class & EVOLUTION, the other classes/workshops are open to everyone. It’s up to you to take breaks, take a step back if you’re a beginner and respect your limits.  Don’t hesitate to write or call us if you are not sure whether a class or workshop is right for you.

At STUDIO MILE END the practice of conscious movement, from yoga to Pilates, along with complimentary fitness modalities, aims to give you tools to support both a healthy body and mind.  Our classes are know for their intelligent and creative sequencing, and their ability to engage participants both physically and mentally.

WORKSHOPS are generally longer in duration and are not included in our regular pricing options. STUDIO MEMBERS and FESTIVAL PASSPORT holders, have access to a preferred rate for workshops and all events are included with the membership or passport.  For students who have purchased a drop-in or class packages can, they can be used to access the different events.
