Tarot & Creativity
friday 13th september at 6:30pm
Immerse yourself in a journey to the heart of your imagination! In this 90 minute workshop, discover how tarot cards can become allies in stimulating your creativity and exploring your inner world.
The workshop begins with a brief introduction to the tarot: its composition, the sequences, the minor vs. major arcana, and inspiration for interpreting the cards yourself.
We’ll then open our circle with an anchoring meditation to help awaken our intuition.
After drawing our cards, we’ll use the images and themes that emerge to create a story, projecting our emotions, ideas and dreams onto paper. Discover an exciting way to tap into your creativity through tarot symbols and archetypes.
Let’s share a caring space where meditation, tarot and creation meet, serving as a mirror to better understand our aspirations.
This workshop is for the curious who want to energize their creativity with new tools!
Required materials: tarot deck, journal and pencil. A yoga mat is optional. All you need to make yourself comfortable will be at our disposal.

biography
Since discovering yoga in her early twenties, Patricia has flourished, gaining strength and confidence in life. For this passionate and active woman, becoming a yoga teacher was the ideal lifestyle to adopt. So in 2013 she took the plunge and decided to make it her career. Yoga and meditation have become the ideal compliments to her activities, such as softball, outdoor activities, travel, boxing, and more!
Now a teacher for over 10 years, she graduated from the first cohort of the Wanderlust Teacher Training in 2014 and continues her learning through various advanced trainings, including biomechanics and mystical arts. The more she explores the practice of yoga, the more she realizes its complexity, depth and fluidity. She is amazed by all the forms and dimensions yoga can take in her daily life. She hopes to continue passing on her passion to her students.
The pandemic was an opportunity for her to reconnect with her passion and overflowing creativity, thus finding her way as an artist. Conscious movement and art have become invaluable tools for managing stress and anxiety. Painting has become an important means of self-expression, drawn from the depths of her essence and vocation.
Today, she offers others the opportunity to feel the power of their instincts and open themselves up to beauty through shapes, textures and colors, as well as the benefits of moving their bodies consciously. All this with the aim of encouraging people to feel and listen to their intuition. She wants to create an opening to inspire people through her work and her yoga classes.
